How do I place an order?
Choose the product(s) that you want to purchase and press the Add to Cart button. Then go through the checkout process (Shipping Address and Billing Info) and complete your order.
How do I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, VISA, and PayPal. Choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar.
How does your name show up on my Billing Statement?
Our name will show up as ENA by BeiN Xposed LLC. ENA stands for Elite Nature Apparel and BeiN Xposed LLC is our parent company. To find out more about BeiN Xposed LLC please click here.
How do I preserve the life of my apparel?
We recommend that you wash your apparel in cold water and let it air dry.
What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items. If this applies to your order, please contact us at support@beinxposed.com with photos of wrong items and we'll be happy to rectify the situation.
What is your Return Policy?
We do not offer returns as our products are made to order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@beinxposed.com.
Exchanges
Since our products are made to order, we don't offer exchanges. However, there are instances where exchanges are applicable.
If you received a misprinted/damaged/defective item, please contact customer service at support@beinxposed.com with your Order Number, Name, the reason for the return, and pictures illustrating the issue to initiate the process. Once approved, all items will be replaced with the same item in the same color only, free of charge.
Please note: in some instances, the actual graphic print might be increased in size for clarity. This is not considered a defect in product quality. Please note that colors may not be exact, but extremely close, due to digital mockup limitations and varying screen resolutions.

Are all the shirts true to size and what do I do if I am not sure what size to order?
Yes, all shirts are true to size! Use the size chart above to determine your size. If your measurements are between two sizes, you can pick the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your chest and waist measurements correspond to two different suggested sizes, you should order the one which is indicated by the measurement of your chest.
What if I put the wrong address on my order?
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.) the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. To avoid any issues, please confirm that your mailing address is correct before you submit the order.
